hello today I woke up and had a little uh breakdown and cried and like slammed doors and was a mess because I didn’t sleep very good even though I got my prescription for my temazepam refilled finally it did nothing and I also am getting my period and have very painful cramps and this chest infection and cold won’t go away and I am very stressed about this wedding next weekend and I am just in bed with heating pad waiting and hoping I’ll fall asleep because I have to work 5am-1:30pm tomorrow and don’t get a day off until Thursday
